Operating procedures and how to use them
1. Aligning the teeth is the normal relationship between the contact points of the dental quality inspection.
2. Determine the position and number of teeth to be enamed, according to the degree of crowded dentition or uneven tooth volume.
3. Use the bending head and slicing to remove the adjacent enamel, and then do the adjacent glaze, and the shape is trimmed and polished.
4. It needs to be equipped with a specific 4:1 reciprocating adjacent surface deglazing bending machine, 1.4mm reciprocating motion, driving air pressure 3kg, and can be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure
Operational precautions
1. During the operation of adjacent surface glazing, attention should be paid to protecting the gums and soft tissues of the lips, cheeks and linguals
2. Deglazing sequence: done one by one from back to front.
3. Do not glaze on the adjacent surface of the tooth that is not aligned
4. Do not form steps or contact large areas
5. Inform the patient to pay attention to oral hygiene after glazing.
Minimum and maximum amount of glaze
1. Upper anterior teeth: minimum 0.2mm, maximum 0.5mm
2. Lower anterior teeth, minimum 0.3mm, maximum 0.5mm
3. Posterior teeth, minimum 0.6mm, maximum 1.0mm
Indications
1. Adult patients
2. Clear reading or crowding of a portion of moderate dentition
3. Teeth with large mesiodistal diameter, wide incision margin or occlusal surface, narrow neck margin, and proximal jaw contact point of the tooth
4. The patient's oral hygiene and Asian condition are good, and there are few decayed teeth
5. Imbalance in the size ratio of the upper and lower arches
